Our Staff Team is well qualified with all necessary skills and experience for the services we offer, we have about One Hundred (100) employees qualified, motivated and very experienced in their various fields of specializations.

 

Board Directors

This is a four (4) members’ Board. The Board oversees the conduct of the business and supervises Management, which is responsible for the day-to-day conduct of the Eastenders LTD.’s business. In its supervisory role, the Board, through the Operations Manager sets the attitude and disposition of the Eastenders towards compliance with applicable laws, environmental, safety and health policies, financial practices and reporting.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is overall responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Operations Manager is responsible to ensure compliance, delivery of results with high quality manner, competitive price and within timeframe. The Operations Manager is in charge of all operations finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

Accountant

The Accountant is responsible to provide a pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant finance service to the sales and operations departments including financial performance reports. To ensure proper books of account are maintained in compliance with Tanzanian law and companies Financial Management Policies and Procedures. To prepare timely management and financial accounting report to Operations Manager as agreed.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating sales and marketing activities in order to ensure each available business opportunity is being utilized and customers get what they want from Eastenders Limited.

Other Technical staff

As mentioned above each specific unit based on service provided has specific, technical and professional staff with experience and dedicated to deliver results above the customer’s expectation.
